The directors of 35 Latitude have extensive experience in residential property development, financing, real estate investment management and funds management. In addition, we have an extensive network of specialist advisers in the real estate and construction industries.
Meet The Team
Brett Brookfield is the co-founder of 35 Latitude Property Development. Starting out in the late 1990’s, Brett has cemented a solid background growing businesses in the fields of Financial Planning (holding an Advanced Diploma in Financial Planning), Property (Real Estate Buyers Licence -NSW) as well as Technology. Brett has over 20 years of experience in property, funds management and finance with a strong track record in real estate transactions, business development, advisory and capital raising activities. Based in Newcastle, Brett has personally advised and transacted over $200 million in residential development over the last 5 years. A pivotal leader for the 35 Latitude Property Development team, Brett now focuses on site identification/acquisition, feasibility, concept design, development approval and project management.
Business Development & Construction Management
Nigel joins the 35 Latitude Team with a focus on Business Development and Construction Management. With a Certificate IV in Residential Drafting and Building Construction from TAFE SA Nigel is able to manage and liaise with our contractors/builders and aid in the timely delivery of projects. Nigel has proven over an extended professional football career to have the traits required to become successful in the property development industry. His tenacity, determination, passion and personable approach on and off field make Nigel the perfect fit for our team. Nigel also brings a wealth of contacts and team building experience to his role.
Project & Business Manager
With a background in marketing and real estate, specifically project marketing in both Sydney and Newcastle, Jackie Kirk assists with planning, overseeing and leading 35 Latitude projects from CC through to completion. Jackie overseas the management of each 35 Latitude project, liaising directly with our key consultants - from architects and engineers and interior designers and builders. Managing the overall marketing and communications strategy, Jackie believes that communication to internal and external stakeholders is critical in the success of our business. In addition, Jackie works closely with our selling partners to implement a successful sales strategy and to ultimately achieve the best outcome our investors and end purchasers alike.
The 35 Latitude Development Fund (Fund) is a retail managed investment scheme in the form of an Australian unit trust. 35 Latitude Pty Ltd is the Investment Manager of the Fund. 35 Latitude Pty Ltd is a Corporate Authorised Representative (No. 001239775) of DHF Investment Managers Pty Ltd (AFSL 509932). 35 Latitude's authority under its Corporate Authorised Representative Agreement with DHF Investment Managers Pty Ltd is limited to general advice regarding the Fund only.
